This Privacy Policy describes how Made by Velocity ("we", "us"), a brand of QStart Labs, collects, uses, and shares information from visitors to madebyvelocity.com.

Information we collect

• Contact form data. Name, email, phone (optional), and the message you send us via /contact.
• Intake form data. The full set of answers you provide on /get-started, including business details, budget, and timeline.
• Analytics data. Anonymized page views and interactions via Google Analytics 4 (no personally identifying data is stored by GA4 on our behalf).
• Server logs. IP addresses are logged for rate limiting and abuse prevention; no long-term identity is derived from them.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
• To understand traffic patterns so we can improve the site.
• To send you occasional product updates — only if you explicitly opt in. We do not add you to a list by default.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure site usage. GA4 does not collect personally identifying information by default, and we do not share analytics data with third parties for advertising.

Data retention

Contact and intake submissions are kept indefinitely so we can pick up prior conversations. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of anything inaccurate, or request deletion. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

Third-party services

• Vercel — hosts the site and logs requests for reliability and abuse prevention.
• Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregated site usage.
• Amazon SES — delivers form submissions and confirmation emails.
• Cal.com — handles scheduling if you book an intro call.
