Donzil Hall Scholarship Endowment Fund

What we built

The Donzil Hall Scholarship Endowment Fund supports Graham-area student athletes pursuing college and trade school, in memory of a man who spent decades as an educator, coach, and veteran in that community.

A memorial fund site carries a harder brief than a business site: it has to hold the weight of someone's life and still ask for money. We built it to do both — the story first, in a warm and unhurried voice, with donating never more than a click away from anywhere on the page.

How we built it

• Custom design in the school's colors, anchored by real community photography
• The man's story leading, with the ask always present but never shouting
• Clear paths for the three ways people engage: donate, apply, attend
• A dedicated place for the annual golf outing that funds the scholarships
• Fast, mobile-first pages — most of this traffic arrives from a shared link

What changed

The fund now has a permanent home that tells Donzil's story properly and turns community goodwill into scholarships, instead of relying on word of mouth and event flyers.
